La gamma di agitatori per lo slurry pesante a più giranti, nasce da uno studio particolarmente accurato sulle geometrie delle vasche: ognuno di questi agitatori, infatti, è particolarmente indicato per adattarsi a vasche di qualunque struttura e dimensione, come ad esempio le vasche alte e strette.
Perfetti per mantenere la miscelazione del fluido in casi di peso specifico e viscosità molto elevati, la gamma di agitatori a giranti multiple è in grado di distribuire la potenza di miscelazione su tutta la vasca, evitando l’agglomerazione di blocchi di prodotto, i cosiddetti “iceberg”.
Il regime di miscelazione, turbolento quando necessario, e con elevata velocità di trasferimento, consente un eccellente risultato finale, infatti:

> Buona omogeneizzazione;
> Nessuna sedimentazione del prodotto.

Three-blade impeller with high hydrodynamic profile. It is the “evolution” of Hurricane. Its internal velocity gradient, constant from the centre to the edge of the blade, allows the positioning of an impeller with large diameter very close to the bottom of the tank. That makes Evolution perfect for applications that require the mixer’s continuous operation during the total draw-off of the tank.
It can be manufactured with different diameters, 1650 to 3500 mm.
A completely disassemblable option is available as well, to ease the entering through the tank manhole.
